I am very happy with the services provided by BTR. I did my homework looking for a pest control company, and after talking to Stacy, decided to go for it. Chris came out and did an Awesome job. As one reviewer said, he went above and beyond; very knowledgeable and personable. We discussed having another job done caulking my windows and when I call to schedule, I will definitely request Chris. Thank you BTR! If all works out, you can be assured you will be my go-to company. Dianne Watson.Well, Chris came out and caulked not only all my windows but around my air conditioner, and where I had missing bricks, and blew in caulk where he found holes on the outside of my house! I tend to go with established companies but had an excellent experience with BTR. After calling around they are fairly and reasonably priced, sent text messages to confirm appointment and arrival time. The technician, Chris, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to help me. Prompt and reliable. Give them a try! Thanks Chris!

We recently switched from a big name company to BTR for our maintenance , you can tell the difference immediately. The attention to detail and level of professionalism is unmatched. They were able to price match what we were paying with our old company. I suggest more business owners look into switching to this family owned business.

Chris is amazing and fearless I am a 61 year old man and could not have taken care of this hornet's nest he was super cool and explained everything before he got rid of a hornet's nest that was bigger than a 5 gallon bucket I would recommend him to anybody. Showed up when he said he was going to and the lady that answered the phone was very kind

Saw carpenter ant's, called them. They came out sprayed haven't seen anymore carpenter ant's A+++++++. Will use them again for sure, the tech was awesome and personable as well!!!!

Great company with prompt service! Jason has had to come out to my house twice for wasps nest. They started getting into my house and because I’m allergic i needed someone to come out quickly. He was able to treat both areas inside & outside my house. Definitely would recommend!!

We are in Howell. They did a great job spraying for bees and bugs inside and outside. I bought the seasonal package. They are professional and timely. Carl was our technician and he was very pleasant and thorough. We highly recommend their services.

Great company to work with ! Called in the morning, and they were able to accommodate us for late afternoon. Carl was great. He explained what he was doing and he showed us the hornets nest and the removal of it. Highly recommend.
