Yes. BTR schools programs are built specifically for Public Act 259 of 2000 compliance. When does BTR service schools?

Chemical applications in Michigan schools require advance notification and are typically scheduled for weekends, holidays, or after-school hours. Non-chemical services (monitoring, exclusion, sanitation review) can be performed during school hours with administrator coordination.

Do you serve licensed daycare facilities?

Yes. BTR serves daycare facilities under Michigan LARA licensing requirements. Service protocols are adapted to infant and toddler environments: no chemical applications during operating hours, extended drying times, and parent notification consistent with licensing requirements.

Can BTR provide IPM training for our custodial staff?

Yes. Annual facility IPM training for custodians is included in BTR school contracts. Training covers sanitation protocols, exclusion practices, monitoring station inspection, and how to report pest sightings.

How do you handle pest incidents during school hours?

For wasp or rodent incidents during school hours, BTR responds same-day with non-chemical control (trapping, physical removal, exclusion). Chemical applications are deferred until after hours with proper notification.
