Yes! Most of our services come with a 90-day warranty. We ask that you wait 30 days for all pests to interact with the chemical. If you are still seeing pests after 30 days, we will come back and do a retreat at no extra cost. Note: Bed bugs, exterior rodent setups, and wildlife removals do not have a 90-day warranty.

Yes, we use EPA-approved chemicals that are stain-less, odor-less, and safe when dry. For most treatments, we ask that everyone (including pets) leave the house for 4-6 hours to let the chemical dry completely. We always avoid treating pollinating plants to protect bees and butterflies.

Our pricing varies by service. General insect treatment starts at $209, bed bug treatment starts at $399, rodent control starts at $235, and our seasonal package is $550 for year-round protection with 3 visits. Our $550 seasonal package includes 3 visits throughout the year. The first visit is an interior/exterior treatment to eliminate any insects inside the home and create a barrier around the exterior. The 2nd treatment is 3 months later (exterior only) to maintain the barrier. The 3rd visit is 3 months after that to keep protection all year long. Seasonal customers also receive additional discounts on services not covered in the package.

We provide an interior/exterior treatment to eliminate carpenter ants. The chemical we use on the exterior has a transferring effect - it gets attached to the ants, they bring it back to the colony, contaminating the food source and killing the queen. The carpenter ant treatment comes with a 90-day warranty.

Our bed bug treatment for homes under 4,000 sq ft includes treating all baseboards, empty dresser drawers, empty side table drawers, and one bed or couch. Additional beds and couches are $99 each. A second treatment (if needed) is half the price of the first. Everyone must leave the house for 4-6 hours. Prep work is required before treatment.

Yes! Our wildlife removal service includes inspection of affected areas and 30 days of trapping. We set up a live trap and rebait as needed. Once the animal enters the trap, we take it 15 miles away and release it in a wooded area. The removal fee is $75 per pickup. Repair work is available at additional cost. This service is for squirrels and raccoons.

Yes, BTR Pest Control is fully licensed by the State of Michigan and carries comprehensive insurance. All our technicians are certified professionals with extensive training in pest control methods and safety procedures.

Preparation depends on the type of treatment. For bed bugs, cockroaches, and fleas, you will need to do prep work before we arrive. This typically includes clearing areas to be treated, washing bedding, and removing items from affected areas. We will provide specific instructions when you book your service. Everyone (including pets) should plan to leave for 4-6 hours for most interior treatments.

Yes! We offer a standard inspection for $99, which can be applied to any service for up to a year after the inspection. We also offer VA/WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) inspections for $175, which includes all necessary paperwork for VA loans.
