Seasonal Package

Comes with 3 visits throughout the year, eliminating general pests. First visit is an interior/exterior to eliminate any insect on the inside of the home also treating the exterior to put a barrier up around the home. 2nd treatment is an exterior treatment 3 months later, to keep the barrier up around the home. The 3rd visit is 3 months after the 2nd to keep the barrier up all year long. Additional discounts are given to our seasonal customers for services not covered in the seasonal package.

Carpenter Ant Treatment

Interior/exterior treatment to eliminate Carpenter ants. The chemical we use on the exterior has a transferring effect. It gets attached to the ants, they bring it back to the colony, contaminating the food source, killing the queen. The carpenter ant treatment comes with a 90 day warranty.

Bed Bug Treatment

Base price for homes under 4,000sqft includes all the baseboards, empty dresser draws, empty side tables draws and one bed or couch treated. Additional beds and couches are $99 each. The 2nd treatment price is half the price of the 1st treatment. Everyone will have to leave the house for 4-6 hours to let the chemical dry. Prep work is required before the treatment.

Cockroach Treatment

Interior treatment of homes under 4000sqft includes all the baseboards, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room cabinets treated. The 2nd treatment price is half the price of the 1st treatment. Everyone will have to leave the house for 4-6 hours to let the chemical dry. Prep work is required before the treatment.

Flea Treatment

Interior treatment of homes under 4000sqft includes broadcast spray all the floors, 3 ft up the baseboards, under and the sides of upholstered furniture, box springs, rugs and pet beds treated. The 2nd treatment price is half the price of the 1st treatment. Everyone will have to leave the house for 4-6 hours to let the chemical dry. Prep work is required before the treatment.

Carpet Beetle Treatment

Interior treatment of homes under 4000sqft includes all the floors, 3 ft up the baseboards, rugs and pet beds. Carpet beetle treatment has a 90 day warranty. Everyone will have to leave the house for 4-6 hours to let the chemical dry. Prep work is required before the treatment.

Pantry Pest Treatment

Interior treatment of homes under 4000sqft includes all the cabinets, baseboards, around windows and door frames treated. Pantry pest treatment has a 90 day warranty. This treatment eliminates all Grain Beetles, Meal Moths, Flour Beetles, Rice Weevil, Cigarette Beetles.

Gnat Treatment

Interior treatment of homes under 4000sqft includes all the baseboards, backsplash, kitchen drains, bath drains, laundry drains, floor drains, around windows and door frames treated. Gnat treatment has a 90 day warranty. This treatment eliminates all drain flies, gnats and fruit flies.

Mice Treatment

Includes inspection of your attic, basement/crawlspace and exterior. We will bait the affected areas. We provide an estimate to pest proof your home. The mice treatment comes with a 90 day warranty.

Rat Treatment

Includes inspection of your basement/crawlspace and exterior. We install 3 tamper proof stations on the exterior and bait crawlspace/basement if needed for properties under 4000sqft. We provide an estimate to pest proof your home. The rat treatment comes with 6 months of monitoring. We come out once a month to check the boxes. If the TPS needs more poison, it is a $65 charge.

Exterior Rodent Treatment

Includes 3 tamper proof stations in affected areas of properties under 4000sqft. The exterior rodent treatment comes with 6 months of monitoring. We come out once a month to check the boxes. If the TPS needs more poison, it is a $65 charge. This treatment eliminates all rats, mice and voles.

Mole Treatment

Includes 2 visits to place 2 rounds of commercial grade worm bait into the mole tunnels. Price based on how many worm baits are needed. The mole treatment comes with a 90 day warranty.

Chipmunk Treatment

Includes the installation of up to three tamper-resistant stations (TPS) in affected areas for properties under 4,000 sq. ft. Commercial snap traps are placed inside the stations to ensure safety for children and pets. This service includes two follow-up visits within the initial two-week period to reset traps. After the initial service period, stations are checked on a monthly basis. If a snap trap reset is needed, a $65 service charge will apply.

Bird Nest Removal

Includes removal of the nest, applying bird gel and treating the area for bird mites and fleas. If the nest is in a vent or attic, the treatment will come with one small repair. The bird nest removal comes with a 90 day warranty.

Wildlife Removal

Includes an inspection of the affected areas and 30 days of trapping. We will set up a live trap and rebait as needed. Once the animal goes into the trap, we take it 15 miles away and release it in a wooded area. The removal fee is $75 per pick up. Repair work is an additional charge. Wildlife removal target animals are Squirrels or Raccoons.

Yellow Jacket Treatment

Includes treatment of the nest with two commercial base chemicals. The first is a kill on contact the tech will spray directly in the hole, flooding the nest, killing the queen. Then they will spray a residual chemical all around the hole for any of the yellow jackets that were not in the nest while the kill on contact was being applied. The yellow jacket treatment has a 90 day warranty.

Bald Faced Hornet Treatment

Includes treatment of the nest with two commercial base chemicals. The first is a kill on contact the tech will spray directly in the nest, flooding it and killing the queen. Then they will remove the nest and spray a residual chemical all over the area for any of the bald faced hornets that were not in the nest while the kill on contact was being applied. The bald-faced hornets treatment has a 90 day warranty.

Nest Elimination

Includes treatment of the nest with two commercial base chemicals. The first is a kill on contact the tech will spray directly in the hole, flooding the nest, killing the queen. Then they will spray a residual chemical all around the hole for any of the wasp that were not in the nest while the kill on contact was being applied. The nest elimination has a 90 day warranty. This treatment eliminates all wasps, ground wasps, sand wasps and digger wasps.

Carpenter Bee Treatment

Includes treatment of the foundation, windows, door frames, fascia boards, gutter runs, decks and any other wood accents of properties under 4000sqft. The carpenter bee treatment comes with a 90 day warranty.

Cicada Killer Treatment

Includes treatment of individual holes where cicada killers are nesting. We also spray a residual chemical and apply a pesticide granule around the effective area, that will break down on top of the soil to help prevent new nesting spots. The cicada killer treatment comes with a 90 day warranty.

Dead Animal Removal

Includes removal of the dead animal and treatment of the areas with an enzyme that dissolves natural matter. Price based on location and difficulty. If for some reason the tech cannot find the animal, we will charge a $99 inspection fee that can be applied to any other service for up to a year after the inspection.

VA/WDI Inspection

Inspection and paperwork provided for wood destroying inspection needed for VA loans.

Standard Inspection

Inspection of affected areas. $99 inspection fee can be applied to any service for up to a year after the inspection.
