At BTR Pest Control, we're confident in our treatments. That's why most of our pest control services come with a 90-day warranty at no additional cost.

We ask that you wait 30 days after your initial treatment for all pests to interact with the chemical. This allows the treatment to work through the entire pest population, including eggs and hidden colonies.

Due to the nature of bed bug infestations, these require a different treatment protocol. 2nd treatment 50% off.

Cockroach infestations often require multiple treatments due to egg cycles and harborage areas. 2nd treatment 50% off.

Flea Treatments
